Baltijos Amerikos Klinika

2012 · Design & front-end

Website for a private clinic — one of my earliest paid projects, back when front-end meant slicing a design into HTML and CSS by hand.

Healthcare sites carry an unusual burden: the visitor is often worried before they arrive. Clarity is not a style preference there, it is the whole job — services, specialists and how to reach a human, without hunting.

I did the design and the front-end. Front-end at the time meant exactly that: cutting the design into HTML and CSS by hand, no frameworks, no component libraries. Worth including precisely because it shows where the twenty years started.

The clinic has redesigned several times since; the screenshot is the version I built.
